I ORDERED 2 DIFFERENT ITEMS - WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
Some of our products have different processing times. This means, that in order for us to get your products to you as fast as possible, some of our products may ship individually. Generally this wont happen if you ordered the items in the same order. But this will often happen if you order the items in separate orders. Don't worry, in any event all of your items will come to you!
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL
This can happen for one of two reasons. First, kindly check your spam folder to see if it ended up in there. If it has not ended up in there, it is most likely a technical issue. In this event please contact us through the "Contact Us" tab on the home page and we'll sort it out.
OH NO, I MESSED UP MY ORDER DETAILS OR PRODUCT DETAILS! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If you're aware that this happened contact us as soon as possible and we MAY be able to change it yet. We can't make any promises. According to our Terms of Service the customer is responsible for entering the correct information. If the order has been processed and sent before we're made aware of the mistake we can't do anything to change it & this is not a valid reason for a refund as per our refund policy.
