HOW RETURNS WORK
If your items...
Are Currently In Transit (<40 days)
Giftnesia is unfortunately unable to offer refunds for items that have been in transit for fewer than 40 days (from when you placed your order).
Send us an email (email@example.com) and tell us what your situation is.
For defective items..
Send us a photo of the defect via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Indicate clearly what's wrong with the item or item(s). Upon case-by-case evaluation, a refund will be extended.
For size & other issues..
1. Reach out to us via email (email@example.com). Let us know what size replacement shirt you're looking for.
2. Send the item to our warehouse
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please include a printout of your order confirmation in the package for identification purposes.
3. Upon receipt, we'll ship you out a replacement shirt.

We do not offer returns on sale items. All sales are final on discounted items.
To be eligible for a return, on all new items, your item must be in unused condition. You item must be in the in original packaging.
Your item will require a proof of purchase or receipt for return.
To request a return, email us at email@example.com to request a RMA and mailing instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
There are no refunds on sale items.
If you request a refund, you will be required to return the purchased item. We will notify you immediately upon inspection of item if it qualifies for refund.
Shipping cost and a restocking fee will apply. These amounts will be deducted from any refund amount.
If return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The processing time will vary based upon your card issuer’s policies.
*Please note: We do not issue refunds for the following:
- Theft of package from home address
- Customer entering wrong address
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
